Here is an explanation of the Programs currently available.

Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced is an indication of your Training Experience, the Nutrition Plans are the same for each of these as they match the Program, not your Training level.

Maxine's Tone & Shape.

Maxine's Tone & Shape is our most popular Program. If your goal is to lose body fat and Tone up –then the Maxine's Tone & Shape Challenge program is ideal for you! The program was developed to help you get muscle tone all over and shed excess body fat over 12 weeks and offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced training Levels. Gym or Home options.


Who it's suitable for?
The Tone & Shape Program is aimed at Women who:

  • Have a fair bit of body fat to lose
  • Are wanting to get that "Toned" look
  • Need to form some good Nutrition habits
  • Can dedicate 3 – 4 days a week to some hard training in the gym plus some added cardio

Maxine's Find your Fitness.

If your goal is to increase your fitness levels and decrease your risk of future health problems–then the Maxine's Find your Fitness Program is ideal for you. The Program was developed for someone who does not want to join a Gym but wants to get fitter, Burn body fat and increase their Bio age through Health and Fitness. The Training can be done Indoor or Outdoor and the Nutrition is more relaxed than Tone & Shape. Find your Fitness is a stepping stone into forming better habits. If you struggle to maintain a strict Nutrition Plan and don't have time to go to the Gym, you will find this program will be easier to fit into your lifestyle.


Who it's suitable for?
The Find your Fitness program is aimed at Women who:

  • Don't want to train in a Gym with weights but love the great outdoors or Cardio options
  • Have excess body fat to lose
  • May not have done a lot of exercise recently
  • Can dedicate 30 – 45 minutes 4 – 6 days a week

Maxine's Get Strong:

If your goal is to get shapely muscle and increase Strength – then the Maxine's Get Strong Program is perfect for you! This Program was developed to help you get stronger while increasing Muscle Shape, without adding Bodyfat over 12 weeks.


Who it's suitable for?
The Maxine's Get Strong Program is aimed at Women who:

  • Are willing to work hard in the Gym
  • Do not have a lot of body fat to lose
  • Want to add more Muscle Shape
  • Can dedicate 4 – 6 days a week to some hard training in the gym.

Maxine's New Mum:

If your goal is to get back into shape after the birth of your Baby – then the Maxine's New Mum Program is for you. This program was developed to help you start off slowly getting back into shape after the birth of your baby. Recommended for Mums with babies over 3 months who have clearance from their Health Professional.


Who it's suitable for?
The Maxine's New Mum Program is aimed at Women who:

  • Have had a baby in the last 24 Months
  • Have some Baby Weight to lose
  • May or may not be Breastfeeding
  • Need some Baby friendly workouts
