Overnight Oats with Apple and Walnut


  • 50g rolled oats
  • 20g scoop of Maxine's BURN protein 
  • 5g chia seeds
  • 150mls almond or coconut milk OR water 
  • 60g apple (diced)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 5g walnuts (crushed)


Mix all together in a Mason Jar and place in the
fridge the night before.

In the morning you can eat straight away or heat for 1 minute in the microwave
