Viv’s Delicious Protein Balls

Team Maxine's Ambassador Vivien Florence has made this Delicious recipe for everyone to enjoy!

PREP TIME: 15M

INGREDIENTS
10 pitted dates (soaked in hot water)
Half cup – walnuts
Half cup – almonds
Handfuls of:- pepita's- sunflower kernals- shredded coconut- goji berries
1TBS cocao
1TBS coconut oil
1TBS chia seeds
1 scoop of Maxine's Burn Protein


METHOD
Soak dates in hot water for 5-10mins. Drain.
Place in blender with above ingredients. Blend to a course texture.
Then add chia, cocao, protein powder & coconut oil. Blend again.
Roll into balls! Voila!
Optional to roll in coconut. Enjoy!
