Over the years some of my hobbies have included surfing, snow skiing, cycling, martial arts and running. In 2011, I competed in the inaugural Max Challenge, in which I placed runner up. As a hard gainer and quite a skinny frame I had always found it difficult to gain muscle. I entered the Challenge as a goal to build a more muscular and athletic frame and be a positive role model to my two boys. Max's has nurtured and supported me since the Challenge, where I have achieved two Australian Championship titles in two different sports, body building and beach sprinting.
