Chelsea Armstrong


This was Chelsea's second challenge. During her first challenge she lost 5kg and had abs for the first time ever! This challenge she wanted to build muscle and be a strong lean woman and a role model for other women.

She loved the support from the coaches and the other challengers and that there was no negativity, the Challenge has changed how Chelsea approach's exercise and food. Instead of over eating she now eats to fuel her training. 

I'm so thankful for this program and the change of mindset it has caused me to have. Chelsea Armstrong
