Daniel enjoyed how the program was set out for him, he didn't have to think or stress about what workout to do next, or what he was going to have for dinner. The exercises and diet also changed every 4 weeks which was a bonus! Before starting the challenge Daniel decided to follow the Plan exactly as set out and it paid off BIG time. He now has no craving for junk food and is looking forward to acheiving future Goals.

The results I have achieved from this program have far exceeded what I ever expected to get from Max's Challenge. I have gone from 15% to 9.2% body fat in 12 weeks! I am shocked as to how well this worked in not only changing my physique but also in raising my strength, confidence, knowledge and overall happiness.
