I am feeling unfit and not healthy at all and i am finding my anxiety is coming back because of it. I need to do this challenge to get me feeling fit and healthy again.💪😊
The support was amazing. The forum was great and the facebook group was truly amazing. The challenge is easy to follow but it is a hard challenge but well worth it! 😊
The start of the challenge was really tuff for me, ive done a few challenges but my diet was pretty bad this time and the detox phase took its toll on me pretty bad, I had to ride it out and after 3 weeks I started to get my energy back. I now have so much more respect for my body I have now realised how a diet high in sugar can wreck your body.
I am so much more healthier. My bad diet has wrecked havoc on my hormones badly and my next step to improve my health is to see my naturopath who will help me correct my hormones. 2018 im focusing 100% on my health maxines challenge has put me on the right track to healthy eating and exercise.
It's a wonderful challenge and you have so much support. Give it ago you will be amazed what you can achieve in 12 weeks.
I have done a few maxines challenges and this has been the hardest one i have done mentally and physically. But i got there in the end and i feel so fit. I remember at the start of the challenge i did a HIIT class and i could barely complete the 45 minute class and felt so disappointed but now im smashing it out feeling so strong and fit. The 12 week challenge really does change your life. 😊

The start of the challenge to now, i was finally able to do push ups on my toes! Yay! 😊 I will check in over the weekend. 💪💪
Early morning workout then off to work for a small shift. Will do a big food prep later as i will have a busy week and weekend at work.💪💪
Hit the 69kg mark today 🤗🤗🤗 happy happy! Was rather tired to hit gym yesterday 😐 think my iron levels are a little low. Feeling better today.
Progress so far. It has been a hard challenge for me this time. Taking on a physical second job for 6 weeks has really made me feel tired moody and irritable and fitting in gym as well is overwhelming. Hopefully gets better soon as i only have 3 weeks left of the second job. 💪
