Reason to start The Challenge

I have 4 kids and after the last one I have really found it hard to drop the weight, i feel very insecure about my body and would like to get my confidence back also be a great role model to the kids by setting a healthy lifestyle.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I loved how easy the guides were to follow, you know what you need to eat and when ( it's so much more food than was having before the challenge too just the right stuff) the forum was great you always had support of amazing coaches and challengers. I have also fallen in love with weights looking forward to doing the get strong in July

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Fitting in the exercise around the kids and my partner who works 13 hour days who did the max challenge

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

I make a hour for myself every day to work out, I have 4 little kids and am never away from them, it's a great to have a hour at the gym or going for a run to recharge I feel like I'm a better mum with more energy for it.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Definitely do it ! What have you got to lose if your ready for changes commit to it 100% and it works!

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

Thankyou maxines challenge for giving me and my family a new direction with Health and fitness

    Feeling excited for the final 4 weeks love how far I have come my sick little one trying to get in on the 8 week photo with me, since having her I have hated getting pics with her because I feel uncomftable about the way I look but love this even tho in underwear thankyou Maxine's challenge, bring on the next 4 weeks !!

    2 kg down diet was 100% Week work out were Mon hitt class, weights Tues 8km run Wed yoga class , weights Thur boxing Fri hitt Sat day off - sons 3rd bday Sun- 5 km charity run (missed 3rd weights session)
