Reason to start The Challenge

Since having my daughter 17 months ago I have fallen off the bandwagon a bit. I want to create more of a routine and get back into consistent healthy habits. I would love to gain energy and a more positive mindset, not to mention feeling confident in a bikini would also be great too. This challenge is what I need to kick myself in the butt! Looking forward to seeing where it takes me :)

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The structure and support. I was surprised at how quick the team responded to any queries I had. I liked having the meal plan written down so I knew what I was eating each day.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The hardest thing was probably fitting in all the training, especially in the final phase. Having an 11/2-year-old and a home gym meant I would often have to juggle minding her whilst training, although my husband was very supportive and helped out when he could.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

The challenge has had a massive impact on my life. It has given me the spring back in my step & turned me into a much happier, positive person. It has given me so much more confidence in myself and the ability to believe that I really can do anything I set my mind to. I spring out of bed in the morning now and look forward to training whereas before I dreaded it! I will continue to meal prep and train often because it makes me feel so good!

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Don't think about it, just do it! If you really want something bad enough you will make time to train and meal prep. It is so worth the effort!

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

I am so grateful that I signed up and followed through with the challenge. I have gotten so much out of it and achieved what I thought was impossible.
