Reason to start The Challenge

I have previously the 2019 January challenge and made top 10. Since then I have been an and although I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, I have also let some unhealthy habits creep back in. I am now 8 weeks post partum and am looking forward to getting my pre baby body back! I know the challenge works so hear I am to give it another crack!

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I love the structure of the challenge and the ongoing support you get through the challenge community. It is great concept and is all there laid out for you, you just have to follow it and you will reap the rewards.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The hardest thing was trying to be 100% compliant whilst dealing with a newborn baby. The nutrition for me was challenging, as often sleep deprived, I wanted to reach for those sugary, carb rich foods for a pick me up but had to try and resist!
I have done the challenge previously but this time was a completely different experience. I am lucky that we have a home gym, so I didn't need to lug the 2 kids out of home for my sessions, which made things a lot easier.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Each time, the challenege has bought a new found confidence and positivity to my life. Although I am up multiple times throughout the night, I still have the energy to get through the day without that afternoon sluggish feeling.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Don't over think it and talk yourself out of it, just sign up and the rest will follow! Normal, every day people can achieve amazing results. The exercise and nutrition plans are simple and very user friendly. If you are sick of doing the same thing and not getting where you want to be, then this challenge is for you! I have achieved results I thought never possible, just by following the plan. It does work, if you are prepared to put in.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

I have proven to myself that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. I have regained my pre baby body back within 4 months, and more, which I am pretty proud of! I have my motivation back and are looking forward to continuing on with this healthy lifestyle well in to the future. I hope to see you back again next year as an Ambassador :)

    Heading in to week 3 and feeling great! The first week was a bit tough, getting used to a more structured way of eating and early morning gym sessions. I am now starting to get in to more of a routine and remembered why I enjoyed the challenge so much last time. I am much less bloated than when I started and have so much more energy, even though my days are longer. I am already down 2.5 kgs and am fitting in to to all my old pre baby jeans again! Cannot wait to see what the next 9 weeks have in store for me!
