What did you like most about The Challenge?

I loved the overall experience of the challenge. Having a daily plan and a goal to work towards kept me focused, having the journal kept me accountable

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Didn't really have anything through the challenge that stood out as hard but
I found the photos the hardest!! I hate photos!!

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

I have found having a clean body, an organised plan has made my life more organised! I am very busy with kids sport but I have felt it has been more relaxed even though nothing has changed.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Do it! I have already told friends to consider it!

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

Overall this challenge has given me strength and clarity when I needed it, its not always the physical part that needs the change, or the challenge. Thanks team Maxines!
I would've loved if the challenge had an app, to make log in and uploads easier.

    It’s an odd feel to be at the end! I almost feel lost πŸ€” not having that plan for the day πŸ˜‚It’s been amazing, and inspiring! I feel I have kicked some goals this challenge, now it’s time to set some new ones! If I put it in writing I’ll do it right? 4 weeks- weight training 3-4 times a week and 2-3 cardio, nutrition meal prep and one cheat meal including Nutella 🀣 then jump on board the next challenge πŸ’ͺ🏼 Celebrate tonight though!!!! Shout out to you incredible challenges out there! I have shared your journey without meeting you, it is a great achievement to make it to the end of 12 weeksπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did and have some amazing results too!     Last week!!!!! Omg have I trained enough πŸ€” I have cleaned my body, I have tried new plans, I survived without feeling drained and over trained! I am proud of how strong I feel and look forward to continuing the journey πŸ’ͺ🏼

    I love looking over the journals and seeing the confidence and achievement on all your faces! You are all amazing and smashing this challenge! Keep it up!! So I have been little by little training. My legs are so sore! Lucky I’m going for upper today! Although I might do hiit πŸ€” I am feeling stronger and can see and feel it. I’ve dropped 5kg so 5kg off what I was after my last challenge BUT I believe this time I’m stronger, more muscle and I think I can keep it off πŸ’ͺ🏼

    I have been struck down this week! Rapid heart rate, severe headaches and nausea πŸ€’πŸ€’ not any answers and no training....or leaving my dark room 😩 it’s been horrible! Averaging one meal a day and it makes me sick to think about eating ☹️ And I love food! I found it hard to post these photos because I can see how sick I am but this is part of it for me so here it is. Hopefully the worst is over and I can continue my journey next week!

    Went to my daughters cheer comp yesterday....boy it was load lol the teams are so amazing so much work goes into it! And our girls hit zero deductions whoo hoo! It’s freezing and I need to motivate myself to train 🀣

    I have been so busy with the family the past couple of weeks!! Still fitting in training tho! Just not much time to add to the journal ☺️ I am now at 65kg....feeling ripped off πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ because I dropped dress sizes and feel stronger. But I know scales lie πŸ˜‰πŸ€£ Can I just say....places like theatres, leisure centres and TOWNS/CITIES in general do not make it easy to find nice quick easy take away healthy foods 🀬 we went to bring it on in Melbourne food options pringles or Maltese’s! How hard is it to offer something better....Oliver’s is great! We need more in towns open all hours, we need a drive through! We complain about people eating to much take away we’ll make take away better! Have the option. Rant over lol Ps I had beans and sweet potato rice and boiled eggs from Oliver’s. My little athlete had the most amazing swims! So proud! She hit her goal and smashed her pbs! And my youngest 6yo was amazing too so cute the two son ditched me for his cousins and went to the afl lol Oh and newwwwhairrrrr ❀️ Great weekend! Bring it on is a must see! But now I feel like I need a weekend to recover from the weekend.....but nooo HIIT and leg training today πŸ’ͺ🏼

    Found a light set of dumbbells in the shed and a kettlebell so I might get a bit don’t! I’ll increase reps tho! And go for a short run first. Weight hasn’t really changed but I can feel it 😊

    Went up the Mt, had a chat with skip 😊 We are awy now, it’s 6:00 and I’m up to go for a’s pitch black! Soooo I’m waiting for a little, is love to see the sun come up over the water but I won’t be able to see the track atm lol! No weights for a few days for me 😩 won’t hurt to have the rest...

    Long weekend is almost here! Off to the beach house whoop! So little training but walks and runs πŸ˜† Will have to pack allllll the sups πŸ™„ and meal prep tomorrow. Not really seeing progress in picks, but I feel it and see it in clothes. Feeling great! Happy and full of energy again. Loved the new training plan! Feeling every muscle in my body tonight πŸ‘ŒπŸ» Should sleep well!

    Ok I’m torn times I feel like I’m making good progress the next I feel there’s no changes! It’s easy to promote ‘not to look at the scales’ but seriously hard not to check! I sometimes feel great but photos don’t show any change. It’s a process and a constant fight with myself lol Put up my 10-1 weights for press, clean and press, front squats, lunges, and pulse squats to 30kg, rows, dead’s 40kg which is big for me at those reps because I have split abs resulting in a weak lower back. I am looking forward to the next phase πŸ’ͺ🏼

    Rest day yesterday, and not enough food!! I was running around all day, had breakfast at 10:30 a snack about 3, lunch at 7pm, and a snack 8:30 and night shake at 9! This is what I’m trying to avoid happening! I never give my body enough fuel and it gets tired! Today however has been back on track!! With my class then quick weights burning over 1000 cals πŸ‘ŒπŸ» Food is tasting amazing πŸ˜‰

    Rest day! Means running to all the kids sports all day! Food today Oats Broccoli soup (omg in love!) Tuna patty But sometimes there is that chocolate craving! So I made chocolate mousse! Ingredients 1 1/2 avocado 1 banana 1 cup protein 6 soaked dates Cacoa to taste Drop of vanilla extract optional All in food processor!

    Training early today! Love it! I am a Mum first so normally I’m packing school lunches and making breakfast! This morning my mother is at my place 🀣 so making the most of it! We are going to school for Mother’s day breakfast at 8! Wish me luck!! Who knows what I’m have πŸ˜– the things we do for kids!!!

    Bought all my sups today! Pumped to get started! I haven't cleaned out the cupboards of all the junk for two reasons 1. I have a family not jumping into this challenge 2. Because in life there will be temptations and we need to have strong will power!
