Chelsea Armstrong 21 Mar 201711:27 PM My mindset has changed a fair bit this challenge. Last challenge i was very focused on the numbers on the scale. This challenge I am as of today at the same weight that i started at. However I can see the difference in the mirror and in the way i feel. From the slow start i had at the start of the challenge because of my appendix surgery i feel i have come a long way. I am definitely learning a bit more about myself and how my body works this time around. I am learning that i don't need to do endless hours of cardio in order to lose weight. I can do it by eating well and lifting heavy.
