Tone & Shape - Advanced
This year I just have not been taking care of myself.
The variety. I enjoyed the change of diet and exercise plans every 4 weeks, kept it interesting.
The cold weather.. doing this challenge through winter definatly more difficult!
I find myself more confident and willing to push myself to see what I can achieve. I have signed up to complete a half marathon in two weeks time, considering I never used to be able to go 10m without feeling like I was going to die! The consistency in diet and training with this program has improved my overall health and endurance.. I feel fantastic!
The challenge caters for everybody. It is not one set plan. Everybody has different goals and it doesn't matter if you want to loose some weight, build muscle or just work on your fitness I believe these plans are the best way to get started towards these goals!
I love the support from the community of challenges. Social media platforms allow you to reach out and support your fellow challenges through the highs and lows. I have enjoyed watching every bodies progress through the program, and reassuring to know that I wasn't the only one struggling at times!
