Reason to start The Challenge

I did the challenge 3 years ago and was very happy with the results and was still progressing until I lost a family member resulting in my depression returning, comfort eating and losing interest in training.I was horrified by what I saw in the mirror and noticed that a challenge was about to start.I want to feel and look great again!!!🤗❤️

What did you like most about The Challenge?

Having a shared experience with the other entrants and knowing that others were experiencing the difficulties and the joys in trying to become the best you you can be.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Due to long standing personal issues, namely mental health, I often could not gauge my progress and had difficulty contributing to the community of entrants and my personal journal as I was often overwhelmed with negativity that prevented me from sharing as I did not want to be pitied or impact others.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Given the above, going through the challenge with its discipline and detail (training & diet) had a profound positive experience on me and now that it has concluded I have a pride that I have not felt before. I am now more confident and comfortable in my skin, yes I have my personal demons, but the Challenge has taught me that I can be more and am more which I will carry through the rest of my life.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Don't hesitate it can not only change how you look but through the process it can change how you see yourself internally and you will be given some great tools namely training and diet programs but you will also get some of the best products, those Maxine bars are to die for especially from week six onward.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

The contributions from the Maxine's team has been fundemental to my growth wether they were responding directly to me or other entrants, which really gave you the feeling that you were part of something bigger and better, "a family".
