Reason to start The Challenge

lm doing this challenge to get fit and lose weight and to tone up.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The Challenge itself !!!........l had my mind set to achieve The Challenge right from the start.
Challenging myself to the diet and exercise program 100%.
l liked the healthy food and the recipes were delicious. Even the preparing of the meals made life and The Challenge much easier.
l found The Maxines Challenge information invaluable and the Max and Maxines Official Challenge Support Group very helpful. lt was great seeing how the other Challengers were succeeding and reading their stories. l found it inspiring.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The hardest thing about my Challenge was when l felt tired, sick and down. We all have these days, but l found these days my hardest.
l Challenged myself to these days, doing my best. There were days when l did'nt make it to the gym, however l always made sure l made these days up.
The last 3 weeks of The Challenge were probably the most difficult for me as l hurt my right hand shoulder. l ignored it for a week and continued to exercise, but it became worse. So for the last 2 weeks of The Challenge, when l should have been pushing myself hard, l could'nt. l found this extremely disappointing.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

The impact The Challenge has had on my life is enormous!!.... My mindset has completely changed for the better!!
l feel healthier, lighter, energetic and happier!! l feel great!! lt has given me confidence and l feel fantastic!! l have a flat toned tummy and l have curves!! I am so ready to show off the new me!!

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Do It !!!.... Just give it a go!!..... What have you got to lose!!
You will feel better, look better, be healthier, be fitter!! Get your mind set for the challenge and stick to it!! lts a Challenge, so Challenge yourself!!
l am 57 years old and l did it!....

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

l did this Challenge for myself and my kids. They are all grown up and have their own lives and live in Melbourne. They are so proud of me, as l am of them, and that makes me feel so happy. l wanted to show them that if you want to achieve something you can.
l also want to share that l suffer from anxiety and depression and life for me is not so easy. This year in May I had a breakdown, so doing The Challenge has been life changing for me. Thankyou so much, l feel so happy with what l have achieved. l DID IT!!!!
