Not my first challenge! I love the feeling of exercising, healthy nutrition and looking the best version of myself! I love a fit, strong looking woman! This challenge, will give it 100%. No excuses, i have a great gymSet up at home, I also love going to the gym. My work allows me to walk over 10,000 steps per day, my 3 girls have left the nest and I have an amazing understanding fiancée who knows how important exercise and looking and feeling my best is important to me. And... getting married in Feb! Strong legs and glutes is my goal! Cmon Elaine!
This year mentored by “Best Life Buddies”. Formed friendships from like minded people. The group pushed me, inspired me and kept me honest! Didn’t want to let them or myself down! FOMO EVERY DAY!
Restricting myself to little luxuries, like a glass of wine and dining with friends! Not comparing my 52 year old body to the 30 and 40 year olds!
I’m feeling fantastic, strong, fit and lean! I’ve proved to myself I can break bad habits. Good for the soul!
Just do it! It may take more than 1 challenge to find your groove, but you will if you are prepared to be compliant in exercise and nutrition. Choose the correct program, if not sure seek advice! You will gain the rewards in more ways than one.
