Reason to start The Challenge

I’ve recently had a baby 6 weeks ago and I’m wanting to get back into shape. My aim is to get back to my pre-baby weight and to become fit and strong.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The variety of food and training with a group of people.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Completing the workouts with a baby.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

I feel happier and healthier than ever.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Go for it, you won’t regret it! You work hard and get great results.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

Working out with a group of girls in my small town got me over the line and I couldn’t thank them enough, we kept each other motivated and shared recipes.
