Im mortified at this picture!! I really need to get back to feeling healthy and strong!! I train like a demon but my nutrition let’s me down and prioritising my fitness has been a challenge the last 5mths!! I’m here to change my mindset and really show myself what I’m callable of!!!
I loved the accountability of the daily checkin and and weekly overview!! The game changer for me was not the daily increase of loss it was the weekly rolling average!! Last time I got so discouraged when I saw my weight increase but I just trusted the process and feel like I achieved my results really steadily and sustainably
Meeting my daily calorie requirement... often felt I was just not hungry!!! Def not a shortage of food!!!
Its just flicked a switch in my brain.. I have always trained hard but felt I needed to be in a gym to achieve results. Also my nutrition always let me down. Maxines has shown me you don't have to do so much its about the quality of the exercises and the consistency. Nutrition wise I understand how beneficial protein is for me in terms of feeling hungry and eating unnecessarily, I feel in control now... first time ever!!!
Are they ready to change?? Its not just about losing weight and eating a certain way for 12 weeks its really a holistic approach, are they ready to change their lifestyle long term?? This was the decision I made and then I took action. Marry the process and divorce the outcome. Once you truly commit to the process the outcome will be more than you ever thought possible!!! All the hard stuff is done for us.. just get in there and do the work.. lets go!!!!
I just wanted to say what an incredible 12 weeks I've had. Achieving this in lockdown and feeling I had something to focus on was exactly what I needed. So grateful to the whole Maxines Team for providing such and easy, dynamic and fun experience though the live google sheets etc!! So grateful to have had this to help inspire others along the way!! I'm not done yet... excited to continue on the journey!!
