Reason to start The Challenge

I started the challenge to try and get back into shape since having my second son 7 months ago. I used to be quite active but I spent majority of my pregnancy on bed rest so I lost any muscle tone that I had. I want to feel fit and strong again!

What did you like most about The Challenge?

Taking my check in photos and seeing how much had changed!

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Training when exhausted after being up at night with my baby.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

It has made me more careful and conscience of what to eat and that there are always better/healthier choices, also that once the workout is done you will feel so much better, you just need to start.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Give it a go! It’s only a short time of your life and you will feel fitter and healthier than ever!

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

I’ve never done anything like this before. I’ve always been someone who ate what they like but after being on bedrest and birthing my son things caught up with me, this was a good reset for me for my diet and training, I feel like I’ve created some great habits now that I can keep up with.
