Reason to start The Challenge

I have always been a sporty person and someone who has loved the gym world and having health in my life.
What I would like to take away from this challenge is increasing my my fitness knowledge and taking it to a deeper level.
During this journey I would also love to define my weak spots both physically and mentally! 💪🏽💪🏽

What did you like most about The Challenge?

This challenge has given me focus and has been a great distraction from the pandemic that is happening. It has also given me a wonderful positive start to each and every day.
Also Maxines Facebook support group was phenomenally supportive and inspiring..! So thank you.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Following the food down the tee.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

I would love my mindset to stay as positive and determined as it currently is, moving forward..

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

I would highly recommend it.
