Reason to start The Challenge

After my husband completed the January challenge with great success, this time we’re doing it together to see what results we can achieve.
Looking forward to pushing the limits of not only my physical ability, but mentally as well.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

Easy to follow program with both the food and exercises - you could make it as easy or complicated to suit your own personal time restraints.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Restricting myself when it came to social get togethers.
I know what I’m like, so if I allowed myself one treat I wouldn’t be able to stop.
This was also rewarding when I came away from a social occasion and not caved in to the temptation.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Such a positive impact and has really strengthened me not only physically, but mentally as well.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Do it!
You have everything but weight to gain from the 12 weeks.
But meal prep and organisation is key and if you can do it with your husband/wife or a group of friends it helps sharing the highs and lows of the whole experience.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

This challenge definitely exceeded my expectations and I never thought I’d see my body in the shape that it is in now after 12 weeks.
