I am happy with my training but my nutrition is not the best so I am not where I want to be so I think this challenge will motivate me to become my best healthy self!
I loved actually having structure to my training and nutrition especially at the beginning when the gyms were all closed.I also lost 7cm from my chest, 7cm from my waist and 7.5cm from my hips!
The nutrition which I have always struggled with, being vegan, I eat way to many carbs and not enough vegetablesBut I loved the nutrition template and eating all of the food.
I am still working from home so it definitely motivated me to go out for a walk if I hadn’t met my step goal and made me more conscious not sitting at my desk all dayAlso to be more mindful of my eating habits and getting more veggies into my diet
Do it!!It’s amazing and the support in both the forums and Facebook group are amazing
I loved it and I’m coming back in September!
