Reason to start The Challenge

I am happy with my training but my nutrition is not the best so I am not where I want to be so I think this challenge will motivate me to become my best healthy self!

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I loved actually having structure to my training and nutrition especially at the beginning when the gyms were all closed.
I also lost 7cm from my chest, 7cm from my waist and 7.5cm from my hips!

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The nutrition which I have always struggled with, being vegan, I eat way to many carbs and not enough vegetables
But I loved the nutrition template and eating all of the food.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

I am still working from home so it definitely motivated me to go out for a walk if I hadn’t met my step goal and made me more conscious not sitting at my desk all day
Also to be more mindful of my eating habits and getting more veggies into my diet

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Do it!!
It’s amazing and the support in both the forums and Facebook group are amazing

I loved it and I’m coming back in September!
