Reason to start The Challenge

I did the challenge 2 years ago and had great results. After the challenge i tried a number of other eating and training plans but didn't progress in my health and fitness journey. Instead my old habits crept back in. I'm disappointed in myself that I'm so unfit again.
i know this challenge works for me. The training and the meal plans gave me the results that i am looking for. This time I am really hoping to keep the positive nutritional and training habits going after the challenge ends.

I'm excited to be fit again!

The structure of nutrition and exercise and the support of the max and maxines community

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Getting back into a healthy routine

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Huge impact on my health and fitness. My self esteem is back. Iā€™m healthier and fitter. I have more energy, sleeping better, stronger physicians mentally

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Give it ago. The results speak for themselves. You can achieve anything as long as you have the support and are consistent

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

Trust in the process. Everything the coaches and ambassadors say is for a reason
