Tone & Shape - Intermediate
2 babies in 1 and a half years , my body and brain feel all over the place. I need to reset and restart my body again.I need to be and feel fit and healthy.Plus I look horrid in bathers!! I want to be a yummy mummy!
I loved the set routine, to go to the gym and also have a set meal plan and shopping list to follow.In fact I felt like I had more time as I was so organised
The injuries.I suffered a few through out the challenge like shoulder,knees,lower back etc. But I pushed through to the end.
General Health. I feel so amazing everyday. My skin has changed and feeling good on the inside is showing on the outside. I have confidence again after having my babies.The challenge hasn't just helped me it's helped my whole family with good healthy food and exercise
Just do it!!!! It's such an achievement once you have gotten to the end and you have reached you set goals through out.

I'm feeling more confident then even. First time since having my daughter that I've worn a size M! And I've got room
And I'm the lightest I've been since my last baby.
It's so easy for me now to go to the gym and eat right. I did struggle a bit to get into routine now I don't feel like me if I don't go.
I'm loving how loose my clothes feel lately. That's my true indercator that I'm succeeding in my quest

This year my Wish is to make top 10! Each challenge I have competed in is taking me one step closer to my dream. I would love to meet Janet Kane who I have admired for years now and all the other challengers.

It isn't easy but then again nothing that you want bad enough in life comes easy to you. You need to work very hard at it.
I hope that I'm great enough to be up there with the best! I eat sleep and breath the challenge when I'm competing. Loving my work outs!

I'm in love. The teacher was wonderful and the place had a calm feel to it. I think I have found a new stress relief

Having my food prepared helps me to stay focused and reach my weight loss goals
After week one I get a few headaches as I'm coming off sugar. My face is all pimples and my body is sore all over.
I love the work outs and I must admit if I work out in the mornings I'm less likely to eat rubbish during the day.
I have all my meals prepared but I'm still getting out of the habit of just going to the fridge and eating whatever I give to the children (bread)
