Reason to start The Challenge

2 babies in 1 and a half years , my body and brain feel all over the place. I need to reset and restart my body again.
I need to be and feel fit and healthy.
Plus I look horrid in bathers!! I want to be a yummy mummy!

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I loved the set routine, to go to the gym and also have a set meal plan and shopping list to follow.
In fact I felt like I had more time as I was so organised

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The injuries.
I suffered a few through out the challenge like shoulder,knees,lower back etc. But I pushed through to the end.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

General Health. I feel so amazing everyday. My skin has changed and feeling good on the inside is showing on the outside. I have confidence again after having my babies.
The challenge hasn't just helped me it's helped my whole family with good healthy food and exercise

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Just do it!!!! It's such an achievement once you have gotten to the end and you have reached you set goals through out.

The Maxine's Challenge is amazing!!!

    I'm feeling more confident then even. First time since having my daughter that I've worn a size M! And I've got room And I'm the lightest I've been since my last baby. It's so easy for me now to go to the gym and eat right. I did struggle a bit to get into routine now I don't feel like me if I don't go.

    This is my 4th Maxine's Challenge. In Feb 2016 challenge I made top 50! This year my Wish is to make top 10! Each challenge I have competed in is taking me one step closer to my dream. I would love to meet Janet Kane who I have admired for years now and all the other challengers. Hear their stories and how they became the fitter better person they are today from the Maxine's or Max's challenge. I'm training super hard and committing myself 150%! It isn't easy but then again nothing that you want bad enough in life comes easy to you. You need to work very hard at it. I hope that I'm great enough to be up there with the best! I eat sleep and breath the challenge when I'm competing. Loving my work outs!

    I'm starting to notice a difference in other parts of my body now. I can not wait till I'm confident enough to wear a bikini. I just want my kids to grow up proud of their mummy

    My Maxine skinny pills are helping me so much. I don't feel hungry and I have loads more energy. Plus the smell of the actual pill is yummy like raspberries ( not like other skinny pills)

    Taking a step out of my comfort zone yesterday. My PT session was cancelled so I decided to try Hot Yoga. I'm in love. The teacher was wonderful and the place had a calm feel to it. I think I have found a new stress relief

    After week one I get a few headaches as I'm coming off sugar. My face is all pimples and my body is sore all over. I love the work outs and I must admit if I work out in the mornings I'm less likely to eat rubbish during the day. I have all my meals prepared but I'm still getting out of the habit of just going to the fridge and eating whatever I give to the children (bread)
