Reason to start The Challenge

I started to make some progress with the May challenge but I have unfinished business. My training habits are great but need to work on my eating and setting myself a new normal for my nutrition.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

Structure with flexibility

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Not having any cardio in my workout plan - very different to previous workouts

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Mindset change - not focused on weight/scales anymore. More focused on cm's

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?
