Reason to start The Challenge

Was great the first time around in 2014. The structure and motivation provided by the challenge and the multiple forums is not to be taken for granted. It's an opportunity to get things back on track. With busy lives and schedules it's easy to get distracted.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The structure programs really helped me in the gym, there was not thinking, just ripping in

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Eating clean 24 /7 was hard at first but that became easy. Self doubt was a big challenge as well, was I doing the exercises correctly, was a getting the pump on.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Its inspired me to continue with a healthy life style, it is the small choices which make a difference and it has re enforced the importance of a clean diet, doesn't matter how hard you work out you will never out train poor eating choices

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

go for it, its life changing. It inspires your family and friends, the ambassadors and face book groups provide great support and great ideas as well. Stop making excuses and start doing.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

A great big thank you I never thought I would have a 6 pack approaching 40 but hey guess what...... thanks guys you have changed my life - forever in debt.

    Head cold has kicked in, did a double session and pushed through it, struggled but got the job done....

    Tried a new class at my gym tonight, really fun hiit cube classes, doubled up, shoulders and back this am, 2 classes this pm. Week 4 check n has motivated me to up my game....

    Really enjoying the Maxine's xt and recover products, starting to ramp up training now and tightening diet, focusing on lifting heavy and keeping good form., nearly 4 weeks in and have a solid platform to smash out some results

    Well nearly at week 4, can feel a lot of changes, been good so far, looking forward to the next little challenging period. Did legs today at lunch time, that was tough, loving the food and sticking to plan really well, bring in week 5

    Double session monday.....shoulders and back at 530am, legs at 12.30. Tired sore couldn't have got through it without Maxine's recover and xt burn. Cardio or chest tomorrow, will see what the Doms sAy tomorrow.... Program is a little out of order, going to use a mid week day as my rest day, find it easier to gym in Sunday. That's the good thing about the program right, it's flexible.

    Trials and tribulations at the gym this morning.... Bleeding nose, dizzy and my abs cramped up.. Weird morning, all unrelated issues just had it all going on. Smashed out a massive legs session so all good. Feeling good

    So tired so so tired...... Pushing on, loving the food and training but tightening the diet is making me feel flat. Had photos at work today for the kids, busy day feeling tired, cannot wait for my night shake and bed

    Sore legs today, leg session sat morning followed by 8km bush walk up to my Robertson lookout with kids and husband, beautiful walk but feeling it. Rest day Sunday, some food prep today.... Feeling motivated into week 2, have 2 other people at the gym doing the challenge as well so it's a bit of extra motivation

    Wanting to track progress with weights and running, Ran 3.67 km at 6.48 min/km pace. Bench pressing: 8 *50kg Leg press: 10*180kg Shoulder press: 7*25kg each side Chin ups: 3*10 rep Wonder what this will be like in 12 weeks
