Kelly Hardisty 7 Aug 20216:24 PM Well that’s a wrap for my first Maxines challenge. The best part I’ve almost forgotten I’m on a challenge because I’ve made sustainable lifestyle changes. Maxines have taught me the fundamentals to eating delicious nourishing filling healthy foods whilst dropping weight. I’ve eaten burgers and pizzas through out this challenge (my favorite) but within the food plan and I’ve not felt like I’ve missed out. I’ve trusted the process and ticked the boxes through out the challenge and I can’t wait to continue on and have a crack at the get strong program for the next challenge.
