I'm sick of feeling lethargic and making poor food choices. I have a stressful job and do shift work so I am looking forward to the challenge to lose weight, get fit and be happier and healthier.
I really enjoyed the meal plans, they were simple and versatile which made them really easy to follow.
The hardest thing about my challenge was staying away from the fridge!
The challenge has had a huge impact on my life, I'm a fitter, healthier and better version of myself. The challenge has taught me a lot about discipline and self control, two things which I have struggled with.
Do it! It's not easy but it's absolutely doable and it absolutely works! You will not regret it. All the thinking is done for you, all you have to do is just keep showing up and follow the nutrition plan.
I thought doing the challenge would help me lose weight and get fit but I never expected the results I achieved. I'm so glad my partner talked me into joining up. Best decision ever!
