Reason to start The Challenge

After starting my fitness journey 3 years ago I’m now finding it hard to stay focused and achieve my end goal.
I’m doing the Maxine’s challenge in hope to help me be the women I’ve always dreamed of being and teach me the tools I need to help strip off the remainder of this stubborn fat.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I loved the amount of support from each challenger and the forum. Being able to see each other’s journeys and having a support system around you at all times. Maxine’s is a great way to introduce structure into your life and help keep you accountable.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The hardest thing about the challenge for me was making sure I had everyday Prept the night before and making sure my days where planned in advance. Working full time and travelling to work made me become a super organised person.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

My life has been impacted in such a good way, I’m feeling A huge amount of confidence and I can honestly say I’ve never felt this positive about my body. Maxine’s has given me structure, confidence and most importantly made me learn to love myself.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

If your looking for a way to push yourself and feel amazing then Maxine’s is for you!! The feeling of accomplishment is worth so much more than just the weightloss.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

Maxine’s has given me a huge amount of confidence and opened my world up so much!! I can’t thank the program enough, without the past 12 weeks I would be in a completely different mind set. I’ve learned so many valuable skills that I will carry on with me into reaching my next goals.
