I want to be the fittest, strongest, healthiest & happiest version of my self that I can be!
I felt in control!
Training when I was tired or saying no to food at social events when I was hangry..
The challenge has changed my whole outlook on life! I'm happy, I have a new found confidence in myself & am super proud of what I have achieved. I am the fittest & strongest I have ever been & the old me would have stopped there but now I just want to set more goals to smash. I've learnt lots and see myself living this lifestyle for a long time to come!
Do it, its tough but you won't regret it!
