Reason to start The Challenge

I miss the encouragement from this challenge and need to over come these new challenges that is now part of my life, and shred again... Dang put on weight again because i did not know how to balance my time. Do here i go and hope to go and smash this round, hold myself accountable!!! Lets do this!

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I loved the support from ambassadors, coaches and from challengers, so uplifting. Oh and the training program ๐Ÿ˜

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The hardest was geting back into routine eating, healthier eating and making time for me to go gym, once mastered, I was all good.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

To never give up on your goals. Keep going, push away the negatives from others. Thrive!!

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Just Do It! And find out what u are capable of.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

I found my balance, I found my routine, especially with all the new medical changes my family have, soooooo Im a happy Mama.. ๐Ÿ˜

    Wow Im so happy I have my journal available for me still. I love writing in my journal, I also have a book journal I write in for other life stories lol... So Im gonna make use of this. Today my family is bk in Sydney from Brisbane, and Im so happy to be bk to my Gym.. Ahhh home lol... Even though I was in Brisbane I did some workouts with my brothers weights, but not all were there so its nice to be bk to train, full force lol..

    Post challenge been go so far, had few treats but Im loving how Im not missing all those kinds of food I would race to eat, I had a vegan choc slice was really yumm and healthier, still have no desire for choc stuff.. I know crazy.. But had a burger just learning to control all this. And not endulging in food. Wow... Crazy coming from me hahaha But training is so much more endurable with the right nutrition so Im trying to not ruin it. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ anyways looking forward to training today since I missed yesterday, no babysitter ๐Ÿ˜ญlol.. Im going to do all I can to keep this up till next challenge, during the challenge alot changed for me and hope to keep it going. Goals to reach.. Have a great day yall..

    Im still in awe looking at my transformation, I wanted to build muscle and shred.. Well I still have alot of shredding but at least Im moving forward so happy. Oh and photo in my sons room again, showing the world how messy his room is, and since hes seen this hes cleaned his room and says... "MUM" hahaha

    Usually I would want to eat everything I missed out on in 12 weeks but I didnt, had a treat, never over eat myself to feel yuk. And did Leg training yesterday. Today did chest and arms... Cardio after. Still feeling great. Its like as if Im almost afraid to eat junk because I REALLY dont want to feel how I use to feel. I am looking forward to keeping it up!

    Now its nearing the end of challenge Ive made choices that I will continue to make after challenge, why because my body really doesnt respond to my past eating habits, I will be alot more smarter with how I eat. I feel the best when I train, and I cannot imagine going back to feel yukk all the time, but a must treat I need to have to keep me on track. I have ingredients for my vegan desserts, Im defintely changing my eating habits for sure, Ive said that before in the past and gone back into old habits but somehow its different this time, my children give me extra desire to make these changes, in the three months, my kids also have not had any junk from me lol since ive been training and they know now, dont ask mum shell say no haha... So they opt for whatever I have at home.. Hehe.. Anyways training today.. Cant wait. This photo got me alot of comments on fb and likes, I mean not that I care but holy cow lol.. Even from those I dont hear from in years.. Lol..

    Good Morning, Its weeks 12 wow last week, I thouroughly enjoyed this challenge, loved chatting with people Ive never met before, but felt like I have because we all aiming for the same thing. The messages from Coach John and Janet, from abassadors who keep pushing and wncouraging us to don't give up. Truly have nice people in this challenge, I am going to stay true to my goal this time, until next challenge, I don't have any desire to going back, I will have treats but my body responds better to how I have lived with my nutrition and training in the last weeks. So heres to new lifestyle, and every time I think of my three diabetics, its makes me not even want to go there because they cant so why should I. Well leg day, my fav.

    Three days into my 120,000 steps for type 1 to type none.. Definitely makes me more compete with myself to reach 10,000 a day or more, keeps me moving. I love shoulders and back training, doing it at home because my husband started work early today and I had to do some run around for a family member so that took up my gym time ๐Ÿ˜ซ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ฃ and then got home and hubby left for work.. Ouchhhh.. So weights at home it is, whatever I have lol... Anyways night night.

    Reading about what others have gone through in their lives is heart breaking! And how they have struggled to try and move on in life, the strength they have is amazing!... Definitely a great example to me. This challenge has given me new friends, those who understand why you doing what you do, eating training and so forth... Encouraging when ones down. Just amazing. So today I will keep on working hard, train hard and smart, keep up with nutrition, but enjoy the journey. Cardio today, with my weight vest. This week is flying so fast.

    Thank you Harper! Nice listening to his counsel... "Listen to ur body" he is absolutely right about that. I definitely perform better in the gym when I am well rested! Even cutting down on some cardio. Today I had so much energy compared to last friday because I had a really good rest on Sunday. Much needed. And eating has been good too. Anyways I better get some sleep night night x

    Did legs today but at home because a tooth ache has got my face a little swollen, but not painful.. Sliwly shrinking but still got my workouts done with my daughter. And walked around the street with my girl and three year old. Im doing a fundraise for type 1 turn to type none with JDRF and starts tomorrow 120,000 steps in 12 days... Definitely can do that, and Ive started with $500 to fundraise, I need to be more involved with these fundraisers for diabetes since I have three children with it. So here we go nice way to finish the challenge too, by doing this one too.

    Progress with legs, what a difference it makes with little bit of light to a broad day light hahaha Im still working on shredding so I wont have to worry bout lighting lol I did not know its got shape at least.. But wow lol.. Still got a long way to go but bring it on!

    Legs today, gosh I cant wait till I shred more, which will take more than two more weeks lol... So my thighs can look like it was worth the burn haha... Thigh probs but all good... Ive got this.. ๐Ÿ˜œ Tomorrow is Chest arms abs... Phew.. Two weeks left heck Ive really enjoyed this challenge, learnt alot more from the past challenges so thats good for me.     Wow I cant believe the challenge is near end of 12 awesome weeks, I found my flow, I found my balance, I found I can look after myself while tending my childrens medical needs and husband. I found what I love, releases stress ๐Ÿ˜. I found that I only did have an excuse, minus when my kids are in hospital or my husband lol... I may not be able to train then but my food is on point. But... I strived for it and found it, I am so happy!!!! My new daily schedule works for my family, phew. Ive had a greater desire to bake vegan desserts after challenge, I found it to be alot healthier for me and my family, so Im excited to start baking soon, I really dont want to go back again to how I was, so fingers and toes crossed, I will master even more after the challenge. Im coming bk next challenge, to continue shredding I still have to get down to 65kgs all muscle lol... Because I want to know and feel like what its like and be proud of myself. Anyways night night!

    So leg training today and I squat #90kgs ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ wow.. Getting stronger and feeling stronger. I felt I could go heavier so I did ๐Ÿ˜ Not long to go with this challenge dang, I love it, Im always wanting to know what next phase is and how challenging it is, but it really does bring the best out of you.     Leg B today I like it! I really push thru the burn and it kills... Ahhhhhhh... Dangit.. But I really enjoyed training today though I was sooo so tired lack of sleep from the night before, but training woke me up lol... And so happy I was at the gym instead of getting abit of nap... I almost did. I dont sleep during the day though, I have much to do but heck today somehow was so so tired. And now wide awake lol... Topped up with night protein.. Yummy french vanilla my fav... Anyways, its friday and its relax day for me anyways..

    Im loving the new training program, its crazy good. Legs and upper body. I love the message from Harper... Last time someone asked what i did to lose weight, i told them, weights, cardio and good nutrition, when they asked what kind of training, i showed the program then they said, nope no way forget it, thats crazy.. Ummm yeah so Harper spoke about a few things i needed to hear, so thank you Harper. Ok night night. No lollies for me this halloween, not missing out at all...

    Getting it done, Im absolutely wasted!!! But I feel so good.. Make sense? Lol.. I love how I can run on the tredmil at a good pace and still can run forever... So good.. Thanks to nutrition and training weights.

    Legs legs legs.. And its only twice a week lol... I finally know what cals are burn during leg day for me, wow leg day is my biggest workout during the week, and I feel good, why? Because my body has changed to adapting to training and good nutrition.. Great difference. No more feeling sluggish, yukky, Bloated, and uncomfortable.. Only getting uncomfortable training lol... To love it.. :) I love my #fitbit love it!

    I get to record my workouts, and this was from Saturday, weight training arms shoulders... Wow I didnt realise how much calories you burn doing weights, as you can tell, I am still learning about what our body is capable of. ๐Ÿ˜ but so happy, now I will know how much I burn on Leg Day because its the most challenging for me.. So Im pretty excited... Cant believe its check in week this week... Better stay focus and enjoy my journey which I am anyways.. Its leg day again lol this day comes by so fast hahaha blink of an eye ๐Ÿ˜† but hey, its also my very fav, because this day works me the most, overall body workout for me haha..

    Was listening to Craig Harper, wow.. I have felt that I can do more, so I better bump it up, get uncomfortable... Love it, with the next 5 weeks I will be paying attention to my body alot more into doing more, going for that very last rep if I can do more, or do heavy with good form.. I love training, a friend saw me today and thought, didnt I see you like few weeks ago and how the heck did you shrink.. Lol.. I pointed to the salad and chicken on the table she was close to, and said back to training.. Cleaned up my eating and still going strong. ๐Ÿ˜ looking forward to training arms and shoulders tomorrow morning and test out Harpers counsel.. ๐Ÿ‘Œ Goodnighttttt so late...

    Starting to get compliments losing weight, nice but little do they know, im not done, still shredding fat and building muscle..     Hello, Omg I missed my journal yesterday dangggg... So today is cardio, yesterday was chest back abs, but Ill do abs today since I didnt yesterday. I can finally fit a top that was so tight on me two weeks ago, am so happy!!! What I love most is training and not feeling like crap because of the kind of food I would eat. ๐Ÿ˜ซ made me feel like that emoji all the time ๐Ÿ˜œ Anyways nice rain today, nice cool weather and back to school trips to do my kids insulin, how I missed school holidays lol... (And then I dont lol) Week 7 is upon us, heck so fast! Hope everyone else is doing well too, and overcoming the crazy challenges during this challenge.

    Woohoo Monday, back to school kids! Lol... Ur holidays are oveeeerrrrr lol... So back to my quiet routine, so I thought.. ๐Ÿ˜ซ Cleaning up, washing, insulin for my kids at school, thennnn GYM time, aw Im loving leg day, just gets me working like craazy thats all.. ๐Ÿ’ช For the first time Im not looking forward to eating my fav meal after challenge, or my fav dessert, I really was serious when I said I needed real change since having three type 1 diabetics, after having just one for years, three in less than 6 months of this year and it really gave me a wake up call to be a BETTER example of healthier living. Though its genetic this diabetes, but Ive taken it way to lightly, now my kids are alittle older to really understand my choices of food, they have since been eating healthier with me, and maintaining a healthy weight for their diabetes, so why would I ruin that for them right? The greatest leader is someone leading by example, things have become habit now. And my son who hates vegies is slowly adapting, hes my most recent diagnose son whos 6 and is the fussy eater. My kids portions are very small and limited to certain amount of carbs so. But free to eat as much vegies thats not starchy and lean meat. So yeah.. I need to practice what I preach right? Instead of telling my kids and watching them eat what they need while I the opposite.. So yeah.. Not in a hurry to indulge, but will be sensible about it. Happy Monday!!! #longNovel lol

    Sunday, I love.. Family time! During the week its crazy busy, so we get to sit as a family and enjoy some down time! Anyways yesterdays program, arms and shoulders.. Wow... Boy did I feel that, now thats how I like to leave the gym absolutely wasted, sweaty and accomplished lol.. ๐Ÿ˜œ so far doms everyday since new program, but I see why we need to change it up all the time, looking forward to the last phase in phew weeks. Chillin.. I feel rain.. Dang!

    Legs are feeling hot lol still burning from training them today, gym time is my release of stress and craziness as a mother and wife, then when Im done its back home with a fresh mind, no stress, before it builds up again ahhahaa.. Its good ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ’ช Photos: After cooling down from gym & my garden salad with chicken for lunch, I ate my chicken already haha too hungry lol... Still have Doms from chest day but, slowly fading ready for tomorrow.

    Nutrition is good!! This morning I felt the pain of the new program, wow what a feeling lol.. I know its working lol.. So I will hit the gym later. This morning took my son to his diabetes endocrine appt, stopped to buy him lunch, I waited till I got home to make my lunch, I was hungary, but hey I made it lol I burnt my sweet potatoes, had alittle bit more too lol still yum.. And beats what I would have had to. Looking forward to training today.

    Ok so it Tuesday, chest, back... Was so good, I definitely felt the parts of my body, muscles that havent been used in a long time lol... So nice being able to lift and tolerate it, and be able to push through my sets. It was a nice long weekend to rest, get abit of sleep in (not) wish.. Take kids out swimming and I still trained and ate healthy. Well the weeks and days are going by fast, need to work smarter and harder. ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ’ช

    Alot of driving around today, unexpected today too so I missed my gym time omg... But today was a "had to" get it done, documents and important things that really needed my attention and my sister, so tomorrow will push along and do legs and would have to go from there, still had good food, shake, and no setbacks, well with food anyways. Now Ive got that out of the way, its all about me me me.. Lol jokes.. I can now focus 100% on my training and my kids, skipping challenge tomorrow with my kids before I head out to gym. So happy Ive been so good with my nutrition the last 4 weeks, would have been 6 weeks if I joined earlier but hey, last min decisions that I will not regret! Enjoying this challenge because my daughter is eating everything I am eating minus protein shakes of course lol she just has her skim milk with a low fat low sugar strawberry flavour syrup for diabetics, and doing well with her Diabetes (type 1) she loves her vegies. She my lil shadow lol. Anyways, early bedtime tomorrow is another less busy day, gym time for sure phewwww... Nightnight ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ’ค

    Photo, just finish gym. So with school holidays, my house is loud and alot of crying fighting (kids) and "Mum" called many thousand times during the day. I mean, their dad could just sit right next to me, but its "Mum" this and that.. Yeahhh Im sure many can relate lol. So Cardio done today, I can feel pain, from ab workouts yesterday, I can finally have the ability to push myself and get some abs done lol hardly ever do them. Food is good though, discipline is a must when it comes to striving for results, even when motivation is dull that day, but discipline will get u up and going. Its working for me so far ๐Ÿ’ช ๐Ÿ˜ Anyways the food everyone is posting is amazing, like I need to be creative with my food, thank goodness for maxines challenge recipes lol.. Hope all is well and doing their best, they know how, than thats good enough.. ๐Ÿ˜Š Goodnight, movie night with my girl.

    Upper body today, woh. So tired now, just need to shower and crash out. But... I cant yet... Gotta do my kids insulin at 7.30pm their supper time, then I can reeeeelaxxxxx... Ahhhh... I am feeling really good though and Im loving it, I felt this before when I did my first challenge, just this time round Im alot more familiar with weights lol... Rrcnjbfras'vvrssdbr, that was my three year hold who got a hold of my ph while I put my ph down for a sec.. Geezz lol ill leave his signature for memories ๐Ÿ˜‚ Anyways, last night chatting with my kids, my son says my face has gone small from being fat! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ’ค so my kids are noticing the difference, though I still have a while to go but its a great start. Need to be a better example to them about health. Anyways, gotta go, Im always in bed early, I read before I knock out! Lol.. Night night!!

    Week 4, wow that went by fast!! And doing great with nutrition and training, I need to have cardio more though, theres no spin class where Im at, and that was good for me coz its a group fitness, no motivation needed lol.. But all good. Im no longer craving, or tempted with past foods that I use to eat hehe... And my training is so much more easier to endure lol.. Thank goodness ๐Ÿ’ช Check in week!

    Will power is great, thank goodness. My husband finished work this morning and when he came home he says, u need to go gym, I'll make kids breaky. He understands how much I love my time at the gym, hes pushing me to go and stick to my goals so I can finally achieve the physical changes I am going to get, if I stick to my goals. But he must be so tired after a 10hr shift, home at 6am. But Ok I'll take it ๐Ÿ˜‹ Gym done for today!! Need to up my training next week, anyways have a great weekend, going to be Hot here in Sydney.

    Hi, Busy Friday, three weeks and things are looking good, Im working through my diabetic children, and other priorities, and managing to still eat good, train and prioritize me. This is the routine that I need to become a habit when the challenge finish so its a part of my life, things are defintiely different to the first time I did the challenge and the second time and the third lol... Finally something is working because Im not locking myself up in the "cant do it" catagory all the time. Anyways Gym in the morning then to my daughters bball training. Nightnight ๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ˜ด

    Hi so its another day and another week to finish strong! I can say I am so happy I started this challenge again. Last night I was at chemist warehouse picking up some medication and insulin for my kids and hubby, I took my three year old and I hand him over my ph to hold while I grab all my medicare things for names and all.. Then, my son took off, running down the isle past people and I thought, Ok hes going to stop, but he didnt so he ran all the way out I could see hes heading right outside and is going to run onto the road, omg I have never rum so fast out of a store and was afraid a car might drive along fast as they always while my son ran onto the road, I grabbed his hand just as going into the middle of the road, it was dark, and cars would not see him, OMG heart beating so fast, BUT most of all I was grateful, grateful I started this challenge and have felt lighter running, so because of that I was able to catch my son who was way ahead, and as I was running, I couldnt believe I ran that fast hahahaha... thanks to gym training, I cannot imagine what would have happened if I was so overweight and barely could run to save my son... And Now this has made my goals even MORE eager to achieve, and more importantly why we need to stay fit, healthy because it saves lives lol... Oh my, just grateful.. I love my babies and so happy I know I can run hahaha.. Geezzzz...

    Fun day at my kids school, it was really nice, though it got abit long for us lol... But it was fun. And thank goodness I wasnt tempted to have any food there, though I wish they had stir fry chicken and vegies some where lol but had my own food and that was good enough for me. Soooo its upper body today and might just do them at home, I am soooo tired! But I can relax after training upper body ๐Ÿ˜ no rest for me yet. My worst temptation right now is that white fresh bakery bread... ๐Ÿ˜ซ๐Ÿ˜ซ But every time I overcome it, Im one step closer to my goal. And easier to say no.

    Legs today, seriously hard work when training legs, but a good good hardvwork lol. Nutrition is pretty good. My family had pizza with their nana, while I had my chicken and brocs, spinach. Definitely feeling really really good working out my body tolerates training, Yay... And so will need to change it up, cant wait for next phase. Im managing things really well so far, getting use to the changes, new routines, Im not stressing out so I guess its working lol. Me and my girl selfie.. I love my only girl ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Nice day today, sun was out and I love sundays because my family gets to just chill out, church in the morning, dinner at my cousins with my mum and brother, and now I cant wait till its Zzzzzz time, so tired. But Im loving how I am feeling, the little results I have from two weeks is something, goshhh... Not bloated, not feeling yukkky, but great! I mean, Im at the gym at 5.30am lol... Dang Im usually up early for my kids, I still make it back in time to make sure their lunches are packed, uniform on and looking smart lol.. My husband use to work in the mornings hence why Ive stopped for years, now to keep up with it.. Will be my mission lol.. He now works nights lol... Anyways, looking forward to another week to smash hehehe..

    Ok so its been so busy I havent been on here writing, my mum is here and my brother so been driving around all day with them which i dont mind, nice having family here... BUT... Ive been true to my challenge with food, especially because late last night, picking up my mum and brother, after delayed flights they were so hungry and only available place was MDs.. So everyone had maccas while I was all good lol... It was actially not that hard, and I went to bed feeling good. I know I can do this even after challenge now even with my kids, my three diabetics, Im managing how to work smarter and ahead of the day and the surprise haps lol... I think I can get this going, I always just think of my three babies who are the ones suffering this horrible desease Type 1, and its hits me more than it ever did. This is no longer a motivation for but something I know that needs to be a part of my life. Too much to lose. But hey legs today, Ill be heading out to gym tonight. :)

    This morning was another mad rush in the house, as we left on our way to smithfield, I remembered my morning snack left on the table... Darnnnn... So lucky my son had extra green apple I had that lol... Came home in time for lunch... I dont like my vegies over cooked.. This one is dangit... Oh well, anyways still got some cleaning to do, yes never ending, and last load of washing, we have a 13 kg washing machine which clears our washing all the time, no more mountains of washing with this family of 8 ๐Ÿ˜ซ ahhhh...

    Good Morning!!!! Its Monday, Day 8... Yess.. Looking forward to leg training... This kills more than my other workouts lol... Breakfast was good, I couldnt wait to eat lol, time is going by real fast Ill be heading out shortly to my kids school, insulin time.. But I cant wait till my son is on the pump, and on CGM. Will be so much more convenient for my family. Anyways getting some house cleaning done and washing before my day gets more crazy. Feeling hungry, but thats all part of it I suppose, so snack time now, almonds and apple for me, then I should be right ๐Ÿ˜

    Geezzzz so hard watching my family eating their dessert lol.. Yes Im a big dessert person, but I know if I touch it, thats it... Off that friggin waghon, BUT... butttt... I made it and just went to have hot Green Tea.. And kept reminding myself Ive been there, know what it felt like, now move on to good, better, best feeling, and look. ๐Ÿ˜ Week 1 DONE!.. Woohoo so happy I survived lol... Soon it will be easier than it is now. Legs tomorrow.. I feel the pain already, but its my fav training. Nightnight!!!

Definitely good for me. Well week 1 and nutrition has been really good, no junk! Tempting though but surely gave it a miss, thats why I am feeling great. I also get inspiration from talks at church, and today I did. So theres no way Im falling off the wagon... Always harder jumping bk on ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜ซ My fave Shirt wonder woman hehe..     So my day is done! When gym is done for the day, then my day is complete!!! Im so grateful to my husband who is very supportive with me, doing this challenge, hes the one always asking me "do you need any more protein powder"? Or "your turn to go gym, Ive got the kids" always reminding me have I gone gym yet, or need more food, salads meat vegies. And while I am doing this challenge, he is also eating well and going to the gym as well. After my third Diabetic child was diagnose, which was before the challenge started, I really wasnt going to join up again because something always come up with my family that Im needing to give my full attention to. And then work around it to go gym, if I had time, and Ill cook if I had time and just grab whatever just so I can make sure I was home for my babies while my hubby needed his rest, which is a must from his Doctors, good for his heart especially after his heart attack. X2... Was a long recovery, But so blessed he survived them both. Well thats how it was with me so I quickly neglected myself and training and nutrition. This is why I wasnt going to join again. But then I felt I needed to join after coming out of the hospital with my newly diagnose Type 1 diabetic child, with three, I was thinking, what kind of example am I setting for them if I just care for them and my husband, my other three children and neglect the very heart of the family.. Me! ๐Ÿ˜œ so just last min on Saturday 2nd September 2017 ๐Ÿ˜ฐ I told my husband I am signing up for Maxines Challenge again, and I feel different this time round. He was happy with my choice and so I signed away!!!! And here I am... Day 6 Week 1. and not forgetting the inspiration I felt after to join and find a balance with everything going on, find the strength to overcome the obstacles of "forgetting me" and so far so good, need to make these a habbit and Boom! Ill be happy happy.. And then I can always say, I really dont have any excuse to look after me. So happy I signed up! Just meant to be, find my balance, without neglecting my sick kids, my husband who needs his constant rest. So grateful..

    Its friday Yay!!! Gym done! I can finally feel my body tolerate level 6 for more than 5mins on the stair climber, felt good so pushed for more and excited Im on my way to feeling greater ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜œ thanks to nutrition and consistency for week 1, Yessss. And its only week 1. Having night shake soon then relaxxxxx... Havent done Saturday workouts in along time, so I am looking forward to tomorrow morning :) getting into that flow... This photo of my son is from the very last challenge I did and could not finish, he wanted a photo like I did, paper and all. But had to color his photo coz he went nude lol he is alittle bit taller now and alot more hair and longer too. Well my day has been good other than trying to clean a house that look like a cyclone hit! Imagine busy two days hardly home, and accumulated mess from (6) kids... Yeeeeuuuup! As if theres 12 kids in this house... Gosh lol... Anyways finally, time to rest and catch up with my kids!! And hope they are doing fine at school or anything in general. Ok night night!! ๐Ÿ˜ด

    Another loooooong day at hospital, my last out of three diabetic children had his appointment and We attended a info session for CGM and pumps. Was great cant wait to have CGM for my kids will be sooooooooo so good! Its just the best! Walking past the cafe area with people eating their white carbs and choc slices, the slices what I would buy when Im there, But.... This will power is pretty amazing, its been a long time since Ive felt like this, looks like this will be a great 12 weeks with more challenges approaching and temptation. I finally got to go Gym and smash out legs, finished with 30min cardio. And during my time at the Gym my kids kept calling me, and while Im huffing and puffing I said yes to whatever they were saying lol found out I said yes to Pack of maltesers pack of sugar free gum and Pack of Mentos.. Oh dang lol... So anyways, its been a while feeling great while training because my nutrition is clean and no hidden treats lol... I can just imagine the feeling in 11 more weeks. No turning back, stay on the wagon! Lol... Anyways from my first challenge there is something that I still do and have a good habbit of doing thanks to the first challenge and that is not junk watching latenight movies with my hubby and kids, or just me and hubby, he wants it but Ive always said pop corn in olive oil is good, for late nights loI just dont like that yuk feeling in the morning after all the junk from late night movies at home. Weird how I can keep that going hahahaha... Working on other areas. Anyways good night. Day FOUR done!

    So Ive had a full on day! Dropped my kids off to school, then head out to hospital for My son Edsons appointment with his endocrinologist, we were then told my daughter needed to be there too, I didn't get a letter for my daughter that she had an appointment so, lucky we got to the hospital early, because then we had to head back out to pick up my daughter, if we didnt she would wait until after 3 more months to see her endocrinologist, so yes I had to pick her up, oh these are my two type 1 diabetics, hence why it was important for her to go. My other child whose newly diagnose as well has his appointment tomorrow, so tomorrow will be like today.. Ummmm... Through out Ive been really on board with my nutrition, trying to create new habbits when life gets crazy, sooooooo so far so good. And make that habbit natural. So I will be prepared for tomorrow too, Ive had to do workouts at home since Ive been out all day, and no time to go gym, hubby works nights. Anyways, I am so proud of how I never gave in to just eating whats available, and had eaten what I took and was prepared. Preparation is key for sure!.. Picture is my dinner... Gosh I was so happy to smash this lol.. Well thats my Day THREE done! Ahhh... More days to conquer.

    I have finally allowed myself to be connected with others through Instagram for motivation to uplift one another and to be inspired by others. My first time too, I usually keep things private afraid of being judged, but that ain't gonna happen here because we all have things in common right now and hope to achieve what we believe we can achieve. So grateful for counsel and advice given from coaches and ambassadors to helps us stay on track! there are great people in this challenge too, which makes it easier for me to post what ever I want to post and write.. :) :) My husband bought me Shred bars, Maxs shred bars instead of Maxines lol... mint flavour, so I hope that's ok for us to eat.

    I love this! From Maxines Challenge of course lol.. This is definitely me this round! And its good because we need to look after our bodies, its a gift, so much as I love All foods that taste good, not all are good for our bodies, so.. I need to find some self mastery and lock it in. I know whats it like going backwards many times over I need stability to progress and appreciate the body we have to look after. Ive been feeding it crap when life gets busy and crazy, need to make better choices. The good news is, that I am not a stress eater, I eat when I go out with my husband spend time with my kids and family, extended. Yes Im a happy eater hahaha... I cant eat when I stress so maybe I need stress lol nahhh kidding. Anyways, this is how I felt when I did my very first challenge!! Time to see it through, even through haters, through ur self doubt, time to raise the bar! Lol both mentally and physically :)

    My two type 1 diabetics, Cornell 6 and Lyneah 8 I go into their school everyday to give their insulin and check their blood sugar levels, if they are low readings under 4.0 they have some sweet, quick and fast to bring their levels up, and then recheck in 10mins, before I can leave. Sooooo yeah, things are alot different to how it was when I did the Challenge in 2015. So how am I going to find balance with all this and my other children? Well I have to find it, make time for me, and not neglect me.. And my kids will see how I look after myself they will desire for it too later in life or now. Such a wake up call for me. So my desire to do better in this challenge is greater than it was in the past. Imagine being a mummy to 3 type diabetics, seriously crazy and overwhelming but Im not going to step back anymore. ๐Ÿ’† ๐Ÿ‘ˆMore forward and onwards.. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ’ช

    Day ONE! Legs today, was nice to get out and just start. Spoke to my family, ok I have 12 weeks to shred, and enjoy and in order to do that, I need Gym Time, and Happy eating healthy time. Lets hope things will turn out good, better or best :) My breakfast this morning, i love oats with protein powder, strawberry my fav.

    I weighed myself with the weighing scale I always used and it weighed 93, i used a friends one and it was 95 so i think ill use the scale i use often, more accurate, though my photo looks like im 100 lol... Anyways fathers day today... :) Oh i love how u can thumbs up on the forum with comments, so awesome...

    Hi Im back and feeling great to be back, though my profile might not look like it lol... I joined the challenge again this round because I still need to learn how to carry this out with all the new challenges in my own life, my goal is to overcome the "giving up" phase... Gosh... But I am determine to shred, yet again dangit, and learn how to keep it off and not to let lifes craziness take over that i completely just give up! So I am ready this round. Lets see how I go, I believe I can do it lol... Update so far with my crazy life, Husband was back in hospital earlier this year again. Took weeks to recover, my daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, got that covered now, AND now my son who is 6 has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, that makes it 3 kids of mines who are type 1, insulin dependant. So hospital we were at again, but for my other child. So a 13 year old, my 8 year old girl and my 6 year old son, Cornell... So overwhelming as their mother needing my constant care, Soooooooo I want to see how I can push through this with my crazy life lol... I love my children!!! Even more important to me why I need to do this challenge, for me, for them.. Nightnight...
