Reason to start The Challenge

I've done the challenge a few times now and have just loved my results not just physically but mentally too..... I also really loved the structure and appreciated all the support I received, it was amazing....I decided this time around I really want to push myself harder and get out of my comfort zone even further. πŸ‘πŸ’ͺπŸ‘Œ

What did you like most about The Challenge?

What isn't their to like!!

I love how easy Maxines have made it for everyone. All you have to do is follow the plan with all the training and nutrition. They really do take all the hard work out for you, just stick to the plan and you will get the results. πŸ‘ŒπŸ’ͺ

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The hardest thing for me throughout the challengeΒ was being sick πŸ€’πŸ€§ for about 2 weeks. I just did what I could and had to be ok with that, as we know when life throws you curve balls we just have to adapt the best we can.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

This time around I really focused on myself and only compared me to me. I didn't want to put any pressure on myself or over think it too much, just took one day at a time and trusted the process as I know it works, and I loved every minute of it. πŸ€— I'm so happy with my results and feel amazing both inside and out. πŸ™ŒπŸ’ͺ

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Do it!!!!! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

A huge thankyou to all the coaches and ambassadors for all their ongoing support and advice. All my questions were answered through me just reading the forum.πŸ‘

This challenge doesn't stop here!!!

Week 12, check in done βœ” Wow! What an awesome 12 weeks it's been, still can't believe how fast it went...😊 This time round I really focused on myself and only compared me to me. I didn't want to put any pressure on myself or over think too much, just took one day at a time and trusted the process as I know it works, and I loved every minute of it. πŸ€— I'm so happy with my results and feel amazing both inside and out. πŸ™ŒπŸ’ͺ Training and nutrition was really good, I must admit I did have a few too many Maxine bars here and there but what can I say, they are sooooo good. πŸ˜πŸ‘Œ The only low for me throughout the challenge was being sick πŸ€’πŸ€§ for about 2 weeks. I just did what I could and had to be ok with that, as we know when life throws you curve balls we just have to adapt the best we can. A big shout out to all the coaches and ambassadors for all their ongoing support and advice. All my questions were always answered through me just reading the forum.πŸ‘ Lastly but not least to the challengers, you all rock!! πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ™Œ.... Thank you for taking me on your journey, it has been such a pleasure watching you all and sharing our ups and downs. You should all be super proud of yourselves and of how far you have come in 12 weeks, I know I am. 😊 This challenge doesn't stop here!!!

Week 8 check in done βœ” Wow!!! Where has the time gone can't believe it's check in time again. The last 4 weeks have definitely been the toughest for me, as I was sick for over 2 weeks with a head and chest cold 😒......Energy levels were pretty low, even had to have a few afternoon naps which I have never done before, body definitely needed it. However I never missed a training session πŸ’ͺπŸ‘Š I just trained when my energy was high and rested when low........ Food was on point with a couple of extra Maxine bars thrown in especially when energy was low. Just gave me that pick me up πŸ‘Œ Really looking forward to the last 4 weeks knowing I'm back to my old self and can really push myself harder. πŸ’ͺπŸ€— Putting my photos together I can really see the changes and not just the number on the scales but the shape and posture of my body.... Loving the difference in my legs and shoulders πŸ’ͺ Good luck to everyone!! Always remember we are all winners and the journey has just begun in creating a happier, healthier lifestyle that never ends.😚

Week 4 check in done βœ” It has been a great 4 weeks with training and nutrition on point πŸ‘Œ.... I love check-in time as you can really start to see positive changes, even if only slightly, you get to see just how far you've come in such a short 4 weeks...I only weigh myself on check-in as I've personally never cared about a number as it's just a number..... For me it's always been visual but most of all how I feel and at the moment I'm feeling amazing πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŠπŸ™Œ. I've loved following everyone's journey, well done to you all, so inspiring.😊 Let's all bring on the next 4 weeks! πŸ‘πŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺπŸ‘Œ
