Reason to start The Challenge

I’m turning 50yrs old next May and I’d like it to be one to remember, I want to be my fittest at 50, not someone that’s slowing down and getting old. I would love to help people realise that age is only a number and that if you have a dream, reach out for it.... weights are the key to youthfulness not cardio

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I loved the fact that I was never hungry and the food I ate gave me the right fuel to build muscle with and lean out.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

I didn’t find anything about it difficult at all, love the whole process.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

It’s given me a new view on training, I used to be a cardio bunny.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Don’t think too hard, just join and do it. You won’t know how good you will feel until you try.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

Just that it’s changed me, mentally and physically. Best decision I’ve made.
