Tone & Shape
Starting this challenge as failed to complete the last one due to illness and other factors. I’m back again more determined this time. Want to look fit and fabulous at 40 and to prove to my young children that mum can have a six pack just like them ! Looking forward to flaunting my new body on the beach this summer ;)
Really enjoyed the change up to the Tone and Shape training with 1/2 the weights workout involving circuits. Could really feel the extra cals burning ! (And my legs and shoulders burning!)
Sticking to the nutrition and being prepared. Planning and preparing is difficult for me being a single working mum in a busy profession.
The challenge this time has had a very big impact on my self confidence, which has improved immensely.
Take the plunge and keep at it. They get easier each time!
I found the most difficult weeks were 4-8 and always find 12wks is too long !
