Reason to start The Challenge

It’s time to prioritise my health and finish what I started. After some injury setbacks, I lost my way. I know the program works and I’m looking forward to trusting the process to become the best version of ‘ME’. I’m ready to feel Amazing!

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I loved being a part of the Platinum group. After completing several challenges, I know what I need to do, but it’s the weekly accountability that keeps me strong. The change in the nutrition plan was great too if I felt like I needed some variety.
I also loved completing the challenge alongside my Husband.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

I didn’t find the challenge difficult. I focussed on the journey, not the destination. I felt each weekly check-in came around quickly and we found our meal prep and training routine worked well.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

It has had a positive impact on our life. My Husband and I are positive role models to our active boys. They enjoy coming to PT sessions with us and love a ‘muscle pump’ photo after a playground run 🤣 I feel happier and more confident in myself. I’m fitter, faster and stronger than I’ve ever been. Age has no barriers!!

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Immerse yourself into this challenge with 100% dedication, commitment, and consistency. Focus on your journey to becoming the best version of you, don’t over think it, just follow the plan and in 12 weeks time, you will be so proud of your achievements!
