Reason to start The Challenge

I have always been a sporty person and have always loved going to the gym but after going away for uni I let myself go. I put on 30kg over 3 years and I am now finding it hard to lose the kgs. I want to be fit and healthy again and I love a good old competition so I thought this challenge would be perfect for me!

What did you like most about The Challenge?

How easy it was to follow the nutrition and training plans! And knowing if I needed any other information it was all on one website

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Saying ‘no’ to socialising and that extra cookie.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Massive impact, I’ve found a passion for improving my health and fitness with both training and nutrition. This challenge has made me realise the importance of fuelling your body with the right foods

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Have a crack! Even if you just do a little bit, small changes can make a massive impact

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

Loved it! The competition side of things really kept me striving to achieve more.
