Tone & Shape
After having two knee reconstructions and really being set back with my health and fitness I have decided it’s finally time to do something about it. I am sick of being unhappy with how I look. I want to walk around with my partner and be happier and more confident with myself. I want to seriously improve my health and smash the gym to become a better, fitter version of myself. I am looking forward to this challenge and completing it with my mother in law as well.
I love you how supportive everyone is. Not matter where you started or where you have come from everyone is there to support and guide you, so you get the most out the challenge.
With gyms shutting down due to Covid-19 I really struggled to do all the exercises. It was a matter of adapting which was actually easy once you changed your mindset.
I am so much more confident and feel so much stronger. I never thought I would be able to achieve what I did in 12 weeks and I am beyond proud of how far I have come and excited to see where i go in the next challenge, and how far I can push myself.
100% do it. I was very hesitant at the start but it has changed my life. I am making so many better food choices and just getting out and exercising, which has a great impact on my mental health.
It is frustrating that the gym shutting thing happened weeks out of completing the completion. I think with what I had equipment wise and work being flat out because I am an “essential” worker, I am so beyond proud of what I have achieved and how I have changed my body in just 12 weeks. I have lost 11.7kgs and 115cm overall
