Reason to start The Challenge

I decided to join the challenge as a personal goal for 2020. I've always been a gym girl I'm generally quite fit..but would love to take my fitness & physique to the next level. I'm currently studying to become a personal trainer and feel this challenge will provide me with valuable knowledge that I can one day pass onto my clients. I'm ready to fully commit to this challenge and transform into the new me!!!

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The whole challenge itself is fantastic!! The coaches, nutrition plans, the workouts, the support groups, the ambassadors... but what I loved the most is that it is for designed for everyone wether your just a beginner or more advanced.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The hardest thing by far is PHOTOS..ive never been comfortable with a photo off myself fully clothed let alone in a 2 piece attire for many eyes to see.!!!!

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Where do I begin..
BEFORE extremely camera shy, no self confidence, felt like an ugly duckling!
AFTER well what's a challenge without challenging oneself in all aspects, physically, mentally and emotionally.
So in saying this it has impacted my life greatly. I have stepped outside that comfort zone and taken pics for everyone too see (and survived), my self confidence in who I am has grown, and I'm now proud of what I see and who am..the ugly duckling is feeling a little more like a Swan.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Hell Yes sign up now you will not regret it.!
This challenge is's all about YOU..its your journey!! You may share it with so many others but everyone has a different goal and that's okay because Maxines is for everyone!

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

Maxines has allowed me too connect with so many inspirational, motivational and positive people. Love this new fitfam 😍

    End of week 10 really quite shy when it comes to photos and really don't like them..self confidence and being proud of who I am I struggle with alot...but with some kind words an lots of encouragement from some awesome peeps in our going to post 1 pic a day on the FB page till the end to try and overcome my insecurities. I am becoming the person I've always wanted to be just have to match the strength on the inside with the outside!❤💪

    My new Happy Place while our gyms remained closed...1st week was a little rough but refocused and got back into routine. Just a challenge within a challenge to help us grow stronger, not just physically but mentally.

    Week 2 of the challenge!! Loving the food, loving the training !!💪🙌 Went to Melb last night and seen James Smith on tour, bloody amazing!! Keen to read his book! Couldn't take dinner, so meal was at pub. I choose a samll PH steak with a side salad! No Garlic Bread No Alcohol! Proud of myself 😊 Leave that comfort zone and challenge yourself to be the best version of you!!

    Been and had a week 1 InBody Scan today...will do another at 6 weeks then a final one at 12 weeks...excited to see how my body changes 💪😁
