I’m wanting to get back in shape and have found it challenging since the birth of my daughter
I liked the way everything was set out and how easy the plans were to follow to and understand, there is every bit of information you need at your finger tips, the forum was super handy too. Oh and the Maxine’s products were Deeee-liisssshhh!!!
I had adopted some extremely bad eating habits so the first few weeks of withdrawing from sugar and other junk was difficult, my moods were all over the place and my energy levels were low! But it did pass, and everything only got better and easier as the weeks rolled on.
My mental health was in a bad way, i struggled with pregnancy and was finding it difficult adjusting to life as a mum. My post pregnancy body kept me hiding away. As cliche as it sounds doing the challenge has really changed my life/ style more than I imagined and I am so happy I stuck with it and super proud of myself for how far iv come. I’m a lot more energetic now, a lot happier and a much more content mumma to my beautiful daughter :-)
Do it! Prepare yourself mentally, make sure your attitude is where it should be and then the rest comes easy. In a 12 week period it really is possible to achieve the results you have been dreaming about.
If you can, do it with someone, a friend or family member, you will have the odd day you think you can’t do it anymore and having someone by your side helps and deff makes you more accountable, I completed the challenge with my mum and were each other’s motivation.
