Tone & Shape
After completing the September Challenge, and being so focused with great results, I have let myself go. I attempted the January Challenge, and my mindset wasn't right, and I self-sabotaged myself and didn't complete it. I want to feel good within my own skin, and I want to learn to love myself again and become my own best friend.
Having a nutrition, and training plan set out for me that was easy to follow. I loved having the support from the coaches, and fellow challengers as we inspired, encouraged and motivated each other to be our very best.
I honestly didn't find the Challenge too difficult. Changing my mindset, and realising that every little extra bit of food that wasn't on my meal plan, would have an effect on my physique and end goals.
Oh it has been life changing!! At the start of the Challenge one of my goals was to become my own best friend again, and I have certainly achieved that. I am feeling so much more confident within myself, and I have realised how strong I really am when I put my mind to it. The advances that I have made with my training have been phenomenal. I also now look at food as fuel for my body, and for that I am so very grateful. The lessons I have learned over the past 12 weeks are lessons for life that I will continue to use, and incorporate into mine, and my family's lifestyle going forward into the future.
Just do it! You have nothing to lose (except for cm's & kg's).
It was one of the best experiences of my life. I learned a lot about myself, and having the full support from my husband, and 4 children was the best part. They believed in me even when I sometimes didn't believe in myself. It was like I had my very own cheer squad. The Challenge has shown me that even when you think you can't do something, when you really put your mind to it - you can!!
