Reason to start The Challenge

I completed a challenge back in 2013 and I got amazing results but I don't think my mindset was in the right place, I don't actually remember if I followed everything properly or if I trained hard but I have definitely lost my motivation and I`m carrying an extra 8-10kgs.
My knees are sore everyday and I no longer fit in my favourite jeans!

I used to be a personal trainer, well I`m still I`m a qualified PT but Im not longer working in the industry so this will be a great start to get back into it and this time really make a lifestyle change FOREVER

I was my happiest when I was healthy and fit so this will be my chance to start again, learn through the journey and actually make new healthy habits to keep after this is over.

I would love to get back to my ideal shape and nourish my body so I can coach people again and share what I know from experience.

I feel that this time around I am certainly more aware and in touch with myself so I can get a whole new perspective on being healthy and being the best version of myself :)

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The simplicity of the program I remembered from 2013 that was the one thing I loved - simple easy to follow program with enjoyable workouts.
Also the FB groups are sooo encouraging and you really get a sense of the community and team behind you.
By the end of the 12 weeks you get to know so many amazing people who are in this for the same reasons as you - to be your best self!

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Nutrition was a bit hard at the beginning as I was eating a lot of sweets due to being bored and a bit lost with this Covoid19 situation and after loosing my job it only got worse. I can honestly say that this challenge brought me back to life and gave me the motivation I needed to change my life back around.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

It has completely changed my life I feel just as amazing as I did 6 years ago. This is a perfect way to be truly honest and connected with my healthy treats business and my online coaching.
I’m now working on creating my future thanks to finding the fire inside myself to keep following the healthy path that has always made me so happy.
I would recommend it to anyone who needs something to focus on, whatever your goal is I can guarantee you that this challenge will set you up for success.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

100% do it! You won’t regret it just trust the process and listen to your coaches. It’s very simple to follow and lots of variety.
Whatever you do just keep going! Every day is a new day and feel supported by tour team.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

It has been a great experience and I will definitely carry on with my new body and mind. I will use this to get back into fitness and coaching others to live a healthy life
I’m sorry for posting all my sexy pics but that’s definitely how I feel, comfortable in my own skin and proud of my achievements 😁

    I have taken a step back on my training as I got a bit of a cold going on at the moment and I want to recover. Nutrition is going ok even though I can’t help my chocolate binge 2-3 times per week! Crazy but I have swapped it instead of stopping it and I do extra calories on those days so I don’t feel guilty. My life has definitely changed and I don’t even have to look at my meal plan anymore, it’s second nature to eat health :)

    Feeling amazing!!!! I don’t even feel like this is a challenge. I’ve changed my life around and now it’s just the norm for me :)

    Feeling a little flat but the number on scales keeps going down so I’ll push through this week :) Started drinking protein shakes and pre workout to help me through the day 💪🏽

    Feeling great and really enjoying the simplicity of the program and keeping my cooking VERY simple. Extremely excited for the gym on Monday 💪🏽 I think it will be a game changer

    Week 2 and I have lost a few kilos!! Feeling really pump and noticing my energy going up but a little bit of a headache :( I`m eating sooo healthy and feeling a tiny bit hungry but i have also gone a bit heavier on my weights which could be making me feel hungry. I`m still playing with the template but keeping it as simple as possible otherwise it doesn't work for me lol

    Prep weeks has 100% set me up for success! I feel amazing already more energy today which is great as last week I felt a little flat. I ahem realised that I eat big portions! I am quiet fit but I do need to move...I am home a lot of the time as I`m not working so I have to pay attention to how long I sit around for. So far today was a great fist day! Im pumped and my weight has already shifted :)
