“I realise now how important nutrition is to maintaining a healthy weight. I always thought if I just exercised, then I could eat what I wanted. I have learnt so much about the impact of too much of the wrong type of carbs (bread, white pasta, white rice), as well as processed food, on my body and once I learned this, I was able to lose the weight that I honestly didn't think I was able to lose. I thought it was just 'post babies' weight that I just had to live with.
